Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a fulltime neonatal nurse practitioner to join our growing practice of 39 NNPs and 16 neonatologists in beautiful Denver Colorado.
- Position located at Rose Medical Center
- 25bed level III NICU
- Fulltime is a flexible combination of 12 and 24hour shifts.
- 12hour shift responsibilities:
- Attend all highrisk deliveries
- Round on wellnewborns in conjunction with Neonatologist
- Provide downtime coverage to 24hour NNP for 24 hours in the afternoon
- 24hour shift responsibilities:
- NICU management of term and premature infants occasional delivery attendance
- 12hour shift responsibilities:
- Each NNP has a home base and is part of a core team and is privileged in at least one additional hospital within the practice
- NNPs and neonatologists work collaboratively in providing care to highrisk patients
- Full range of services are provided in L&D wellnewborn and NICU LevelsII III and IV
- Services provided include but are not limited to surgery and sophisticated respiratory care with an extensive range of pediatric subspecialty support

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a masters degree
- Active CO license or in process preferred

Salary: $per year based on years of experience for a 1.0 FTE position of 2080 annual hours.
