What we are Looking for We are looking for a qualityfocused friendly and passionate Customer Service Rep. to join our L&M Team. The ideal person will bring strong technical customer service skills to a highly collaborative and results driven department. This individual needs to be able to work autonomously and thrive in an environment of ownership and accountability while supporting their teammates when help is needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports new and potential customers by answering product and service questions
Place or cancel orders; opens customer accounts by recording account information
Work closely with the internal Sales team to support customer demands
Communicate and work with our Design team to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem select and explain the best solution to solve the problem expedite correction or adjustment and followup to ensure resolution
Update pricing information
Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily of assigned duties.
Education Experience and Attributes
Ability to multitask while being detail oriented to ensure accuracy
Strong social and communication skills.
Computer skills and Customer Service software experience a must
Excellent time management and organization skills
Minimum of 1 year in a technical customer service role in the manufacturing industry
Experience in Corrugated is a plus
Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Communications or other related fields preferred
