Duties / responsibilities for the position will include:
Administrative support in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
New Hire Onboarding to include I9s and everify
Reconciling credit card statements
Inventory and ordering of office supplies
Answer phones
Greet visitors
To be considered the following is required:
Experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Administrative experience preferably in construction environment
Experience with onboarding new hires
Good customer service skills
Reliable transportation
Pass background check and drug screen
$2225.00 per hour depending on experience
