We are looking for an applicant who will provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a good rapport with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for our customers.
Your responsibilities would include:
Assisting our customers in person by telephone and by email.
Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sales of the vehicle including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the accounting office for processing.
Completes the paperwork for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
Checks all paperwork for correct title lien information taxes etc before forwarding to the accounting department.
Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Other tasks as assigned.
