Job Title: IT Infrastructure Supervisor
Reports To: IT Director
Department: Information Technology
Location: Westwood (ONSITE)
Your Role:
The Supervisor of IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the design implementation maintenance and support of the organizations onpremises and cloud infrastructure. They will manage the relationship with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that handles most daily operations. This position ensures the availability reliability and security of all critical business systems working closely with the MSP to address operational inefficiencies resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to service agreements. The Supervisor leads the onsite infrastructure team coordinates tasks provides technical guidance mentors team members and acts as the main escalation point for complex issues. They will ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards while managing key infrastructure components such as networking storage cloud systems and remote access.
What will you do
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and maintain critical IT infrastructure components including:
- Power Shutdowns: Plan and coordinate power shutdowns to minimize operational impact.
- Internet Circuits: Manage internet circuits for optimal connectivity.
- Backup Systems: Administer the Veeam backup system for data protection disaster recovery and timely data recovery.
- Networking: Manage network configuration troubleshooting and support for Cisco switches and routers firewalls and VMware VeloCloud SDWAN.
- Servers & Storage: Oversee server performance design and maintenance of vCenter Windows and Linux systems.
- Cloud Azure: Manage Azure Entra cloud services to ensure secure and efficient operation.
- Microsoft 365: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online Teams OneDrive Purview Copilot SharePoint and Entra Connect.
- Remote Access: Maintain secure remote access through VPN Perimeter81 and firewalls.
- RDS/RDP: Manage Remote Desktop Services collections for efficient remote user access.
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR): Working closely with the Cybersecurity team to develop and maintain robust BC/DR plans.
- Patching: Oversee server and desktop patching cycles for security compliance.
- Single SignOn (SSO): Implement and manage Azure Entra SSO for seamless access control.
- Wireless Networking: Supervise the management and performance of wireless networks with Cisco Meraki.
- Intune & SCCM Management: Administer Intune for application delivery updates desktop imaging and asset management; manage SCCM for deployment and patching.
- Active Directory (AD): Administer AD and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Cybersecurity: Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
MSP Management:
- Manage the relationship with the organizations MSP including:
- Monitoring and evaluating MSP performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with the MSP to resolve process technical and operational issues.
- Conducting regular reviews to ensure the MSP delivers highquality costeffective services.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline collaboration between internal teams and the MSP.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead the infrastructure team by setting clear objectives assigning tasks and providing technical leadership.
- Mentor team members fostering professional growth through training and guidance.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage technical projects in collaboration with project managers ensuring timely and effective .
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure environments including hardware software processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security standards configuration management and industry best practices.
Budget Contract and Vendor Management:
- Participate in budget planning for infrastructure investments recommending costeffective solutions and strategies.
- Manage all infrastructure vendors reviewing contracts attending Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings and ensuring accountability to SLAs.
- Track contract renewals and participate in annual negotiation of services and costs.
What Do you Need to Succeed:
- Strong experience in managing Windows and Linux servers networking and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with professional services or tax/accounting applications.
- Proficiency in virtualization scripting and cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with networking (SDWAN/MPLS)
- Familiar with privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience with SQL database management.
- Strong organization skills attention to detail and good judgement.
- Polished interpersonal communication skills.
- Superior analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Able to work harmoniously and effectively with others.
- Capable of working under time and project deadlines.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure with expertise in complex problemsolving in enterprise environments.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Network CCENT CCNA or CCIE
- ITIL or PMP
- CISSP CISM or Security
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Occasional standing walking crouching and lifting to 15 pounds.
- Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.

Salary Range:The salary range for this role is $120000 $140000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience qualifications and location.
