Job Summary
The Barbacks overall responsibility is to support the Bartender with bar prep restocking guest orders inputting orders bussing running food preparing limited amount of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages opening/closing/side work duties all while ensuring that the bar is consistently kept tidy sanitized stocked and organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Clean and sanitize bar counters and stools; collect wash and sanitize all glassware; take out trash and recycle items; unclog sinks clean spills and mop behind bar.
Consistently check and restock ice bar items cleaning cloths liquor beer and wine bottles.
Perform bar prep work juicing citrus garnishes etc.
Properly follow recipes to make and serve a limited variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Attend to guest needs and requests in an attentive friendly courteous and professional manner.
Must be able to crosstrain in other F&B related areas.

Essential Skills Experience and Education include:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Luxury hotel/fine dining experience is a plus.
High volume fastpaced work environment experience preferred.
Aloha experience is a plus.
Food Handlers card is required.
Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is a plus.
Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is a plus.
Proficient in English verbal and written.
Must have flexible work availability all shifts weekdays weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements include:
The employee will frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
