- Ability to place cases pans utensils and plates on both low and high shelves

Every day has a different flavor as you work for Via 313. Sometimes your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks and Servers have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouthwatering Detroitstyled pizza. Other times its all about wearing many hats!

No one would have pegged the two brothers from a hardworking bluecollar area of Detroit for restaurant owners but thats exactly what they are. The pizza at Via 313 is inspired by traditional DetroitStyle pies(Cloverleaf Buddys Louis Nikis) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.
