Job Description
At Guzman y Gomez (GYG) were all about delivering real Mexican food made fresh and fast. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients vibrant flavours and a fun high-energy work environment.
Were currently on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Night Dish Hand to join our back-of-house team and help keep things running smoothly during our late-night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise dishes cookware and utensils in line with food safety standards
- Keep the dishwashing area and kitchen spaces clean tidy and organised
- Support the kitchen crew by restocking clean items and helping with general cleaning
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow strict health hygiene and safety procedures
- Assist with end-of-night cleaning and pack-down routines
What Were Looking For
- Availability to work from 8:00pm 12:00am Monday to Sunday (flexible roster)
- A good work ethic and eye for detail
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- A team player with a can-do attitude
