Job Description
The hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm during the academic year. This position does not work in the summer.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience in an institutional or retail food service industry
Dedication to working in a mission-driven environment with a profound respect for and commitment to preserving the rich traditions of Catholicism Norbertine values and the liberal arts.
Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers particularly in conflict situations.
Ability to concentrate and focus in a noisy damp warm fast-paced environment.
The College may consider any equivalent amount of credentials licensures training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge skills and abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job.
