Job Description
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician. Candidate will join us at our Franciscan Health Maternal Fetal Medicine & Genetics located in Indianapolis IN.
Interested candidate will join a consultativeonly practice with an established physician offering services such as: highrisk pregnancy consultation routine and detailed fetal anatomic survey genetic counseling prenatal screening and fetal diagnostic testing.

Ideal candidate will provide maternal and fetal care with strong emphasis on prenatal diagnosis and treatment while maintaining compassionate clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build longlasting relationships with patients and their families.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives while caring for our patient population.
- Clinic hours: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Consult only call schedule with no prenatal care and no deliveries
- Shared call
- Strong referral base from network OBGYNs
- Average outpatient volume: 80 patients per week
- Inpatient consultations at single facility
- Possible outreach to surrounding areas
- Level 3 NICU
- Procedures:
- Amniocentesis
- Preferred but not required procedures
- Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)
- Percutaneous Umbilical Cord Blood Sampling (PUBS)
- Intrauterine Transfusion
- Onsite Equipment:
- GE Voluson E10
- Viewpoint Software
- Riley Childrens Fetal Center only 25 minutes away
- Fulltime Genetic Counselor on staff

Qualifications:
- Doctorate Required
- Physician License (MD/DO) Upon Hire Required and
- Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) Upon Hire Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
