You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCommunity Internal Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team. The NP or PA will provide acute chronic medically complex and preventive health care services to established adult patients in the outpatient clinic setting. The provision of care includes but is not limited to comprehensive evaluation ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests prescription of pharmacologic agents and treatments non-pharmacologic therapies and counseling patients.
Benefit-eligible employees (50-100% FTE) receive up to 7 trip days (commensurate with time away from practice as approved off the schedule by a supervisor) and an annual allotment of $4400 for Continued Medical Education (CME).
Relocation
Relocation is allotted for candidates 70 or more miles away from Rochester MN.

Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as an ANP GNP or FNP. DNP is preferred.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice.
This position requires DEA registration and BLS certification.
Additional Qualifications:
Two to three years of experience preferred.
