Job Description
Lifeguard
To supervise swimming activities at Sugar Creek Country Club andensures that policies guidelines and safety procedures are followed at alltimes. We desire an enthusiastic and socialindividual that can connect with people personally and professionally whileproviding exceptional service to our members.
Job Tasks:
Successfully follow Opening and Closingprocedures daily depending on schedule and hours.
Treat the pool with appropriate concentration ofchemicals on a regular schedule
Monitor pool activities throughout shift andidentify any safety issues or improper activities.
Enforce pool regulations and water safetypolicies
Maintain a clean environment in and around thepool
Provide assistance to members as needed
Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safetyof guests
Qualifications:
Must have valid drivers license
CPR/AED certification
Lifeguard Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
