Job summary
The Managing/ Principal Associate will be responsiblefor managing client engagements which will be a healthy mix of internationaltax M&A Transfer Pricing and Litigation.

Role & responsibilities
- Daytoday tasks will include preparation of opinions presentations and proposals researching and analyzing complex tax issues leading briefings and preparing submissions/ paper books at appellate stage and advising clients on tax implications of business decisions.
- Experience in Tax Litigation Alternate Dispute Resolution and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) a plus.
- Strongunderstanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues with experiencein advising multinational corporations and Indian business groups.
- Interactions with Partners and briefing Partners on the clients requirements
- Mange the team.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing with a reputed law firm or professional services firm.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Chartered Accountant / L.L.B
