Who You are:

What You will be responsible for:

  • Answer customer calls with professionalism and a warm tone
  • Ask the customer discovery questions thatwill prepare the sales representative for the estimationappointment
  • Scheduleappointments with the customer for an estimate reaching out to the customer before the sales representative arrives and scheduling a follow up with the customer.
  • Work with the HVAC management team to pull resources from other Dixie locations as needed in order to complete installs in a timely manner
  • Identify and resolve issues with marketing or calltaking that result in a decreased amount of leads
  • Monitor and update the HVAC installation tracking board in realtime
  • Monitor different metrics such as: the amount and source of generated leads amount of service tickets per technician daily/weekly/monthly sales and closing rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Five years experience in providing customer service via phone preferred
  • Experience using excel spreadsheet preferred
  • HVAC knowledge is preferred
  • Experienced using servicetitan preferred
  • Excellent written verbal and listening skills.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check anddrug screen.
