Job Description
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECH
LOCATION: Florence AL
TheMechanicalMaintenance Tech Helperposition is responsible for assistinghighly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
Essential Functions
- Perform and assist with highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facilitys equipment.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Ability to troubleshoot 3 phase motors electrical sensors & photo eyes
- Troubleshoot Basic PLC
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- 12 years of manufacturing experience
SHIFT: Times will vary between 5AM5PM
