Job Description
POSITION: Before and After School Program (CLC) OneonOne Paraprofessional/Special NeedsAide
LOCATION: Rossford Elementary School (CLC)
HOURS: 6:308:30 a.m. and 3:156:00 p.m.
SCHEDULE:
- Every other Monday morning 6:308:30 a.m.
- Monday afternoon 3:156:00 p.m.
- Tuesday morning and afternoon 6:308:30 a.m. and 3:156:00 p.m.
- Wednesday morning 6:308:30 a.m.
- Friday afternoon 3:156:00 p.m. (opposite the every other Monday morning 6:30830 a.m.
** The schedule will be shared on a monthly basis. **
SALARY: Competitive Wage & Fringe Benefits
DEADLINE: Until position is filled START DATE: To be determined
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid state of Ohio Educational Aide Permit
- Or one of the following: two years of higher education associate degree passing score on state Parapro Assessment
- CPI certified preferred
- Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all students
- Ability to maintain confidentiality about students personal information
- Ability to use computer network systems and software applications as needed
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
- Courteous efficient and willing to accept responsibility as well as suggestions
- Employee shall remain free of any alcohol or nonprescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the district
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
