Job Description: Public Relations Officer (PRO) Marketing & Sales Department

Location: Navi Mumbai (Koparkhairane)

Industry: Healthcare

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead and manage the entire Marketing & Sales department for our hospital located in Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue generation enhancing the hospitals brand presence fostering public relationships and promoting our healthcare services. Candidates with prior experience as medical representatives will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hospitals services and specialties.
  • Build a strong hospital brand image through campaigns digital marketing and offline activities.
  • Organize health camps seminars and community outreach programs to increase hospital visibility.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners for campaigns and promotional activities.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive revenue generation through patient acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with corporates insurance providers and healthcare agencies.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
  • Develop and track sales targets and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.

3. Public Relations

  • Act as the face of the hospital for external stakeholders including the media patients and the community.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including doctors patients and community leaders.
  • Address patient grievances and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Represent the hospital in public events health fairs and corporate meetings.

4. Operational Management

  • Lead and supervise the Marketing & Sales team ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all marketing and advertising regulations specific to the healthcare industry.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing sales or public relations preferably in the healthcare sector. Prior experience as a medical representative is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
