The University of Vermont seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence within the Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence Leader to enhance and streamline recruitment and onboarding processes across the UVM campus. This role involves collaborating with various departments to provide expert guidance developing proactive recruitment strategies and creating informative trainings for hiring managers across campus. A key focus of this role will be leading recruitment efforts for executive and highlevel positions at UVM ensuring a strategic and comprehensive approach to attracting toptier leadership talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand leadership needs develop tailored sourcing strategies and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process. Additionally the Talent Acquisition Partner will be involved in planning and executing recruitment events including oncampus and offcampus job fairs open houses and other outreach initiatives.
