Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (MonFri)
Nature of Assignment: Permanent
Location: Noida
Sat & Sun are fixed off.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly including technical specifications and project timelines.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify staffing needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of. staffing solutions and address any client concerns promptly.
- Proven experience in account management and bench sales within the US staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Screen the resumes technically and qualify the best resumes to be submitted to the client manager/VMS.
- Strong technical understanding of IT skills and a clear understanding of job requirements.
Bench Sales:
- Manage bench candidates effectively ensuring optimal utilization and placement.
- Identify suitable job opportunities for bench candidates and actively market them to prospective clients.
- Facilitate the placement process including resume submission interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
