Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and solutionoriented Account Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts. The Account Managers responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts managing and strengthening client relationships identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

What Youll Do

Account Management

  • Develop a firm understanding of the clients industry marketing strategy and goals
  • Work with the Account Leads to identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
  • Manage internal aspects of a project implementation including preparation of client engagement briefings and proposals tracking client data QA validation and reporting of internal and external client activities and communications
  • Ensure project requirements are documented.
  • Develop internal relationships with all internal teams to ensure collaboration that delivers on set client objectives and goals
  • Monitor established program KPIs and ensures that the program performance meets the agreed upon client KPIs.

Client Relationship Management and Communication

  • Develop productive business relationships and alliances with Clients in order to manage day to day program related inquiries and deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing support to the account team that will enhance their relationships with their day to day contacts.
  • Deliver effective and efficient documentation communication and dissemination of information regarding client activities and client administrative procedures.
  • Work with clients to complete a specific project brief and coordinate client approvals.

Budget and Financials

  • Assist Account Leads in the development of annual account plans that meet revenue growth and profit margin targets for assigned clients.

Knowledge and Industry Relations

  • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of DACs product offerings such as fullfunnel media search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) local SEO reputation management content strategy and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Remain knowledgeable about ongoing program activities
  • DAC will provide support through proper industry and platform training as needed

What You Bring

  • A creative capable agencyexperienced professional who takes a wide range of accountlevel responsibilities in their stride including defining shortterm goals and longterm strategy KPI monitoring and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with DACs core services such as fullfunnel media search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) local SEO reputation management content strategy and customer relationship management (CRM
  • Somebody who will develop productive business relationships and alliances with clients in order to manage daytoday programrelated inquiries and deliverables
  • 4 years managerial experience 7 years digital/ marketing experience
  • Advanced understanding of Google AdWords Google Analytics and other digital ad and analytics platforms
  • A tenacious positive person who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills with the ability to see all of the pieces and how each piece fits together
  • Ability to report data and to relate results to client objectives
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with members of various internal teams as well as clients and prospects
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Competency with MS Office products including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
  • University degree or diploma in a related field

How We Work

This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contractspecific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $80000 to $100000 . The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DACs total compensation package for employees.
