- Educate and train students to develop their skills as a proficient journeyman and welder
- Provide administrative support for course logistics such as scheduling and curriculum development
- Meet established goals related to student performance
- Work with the Talent Development Manager to coordinate the maintenance of student performance profiles other audit records and attendance records
- Maintain a safe instructional environment
- Ensure the completion of documentation maintain records and provide assistance in monitoring essential data components including industryrecognized certifications
- Access computer databases to review student test scores complete lesson plans and log attendance records
- High school diploma
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of teaching or training experience
- 5 years of welding experience
- Bilingual preferred
- $65000 $75000/year plus performance bonuses
- Dependent upon experience
