What will you be doing
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Regional Manager of Distribution and Operations for the Midwest responsibility is to ensure proper operational processes and controls are in place and effective in assigned locations. Focus on Safety stock controls customer service employee retention meeting or exceeding weekly KPI measurements. Continuous improvement and consistent processes must always be the longterm goal.
Main Duties are:
Ensure all safety guidelines and procedure are followed and executed
Develop locations operational managers and teams to exceed defined goals
Review and communicate weekly KPI results to assigned locations
Develop effective delivery routes to improve service while controlling cost
Evaluation of stock levels and classifications
P&L performance and management
A/R process and controls
Inventory control process and performance
Ensuring proper customer service standards
Ensuring consistent processes in all locations
Continual process improvement
Training of key personal
Development and communication of best practices
Other projects and duties as assigned.
What are we looking for
Experience
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant distribution & operations leadership experience/
Desired:
- 5 Years of relevant distribution & operations leadership experience.
Education
Required:
- High School Diploma
Desired:
- Bachelors in Business Managment or Supply Chain
Knowledge:
Required:
- Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint Word 5 years
- SAP 5 Years

- Gensuite 2 Years
- TMS Systems 2 Years
