Boutique Legal 500 Firm City of London
Position: Senior Private Client Solicitors (Contentious & NonContentious)
Location: City of London
Salary:(commensurate with experience) bonus scheme
PQE: Minimum 5 years
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (flexible working available)
Hunter Savage is working with a boutique Legal 500 recommended law firm with offices in London Oxford and beyond to recruit two Senior Private Client Solicitors one specialising in Contentious and the other in NonContentious matters. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in the City of London working on highprofile cases involving highnetworth clients.
The Roles:
Contentious Senior Private Client Solicitor:
- Handle complex disputes in wills trusts and estates including contested probate matters.
- Lead litigation and negotiation processes for highnetworth clients.
- Provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and court proceedings.
NonContentious Senior Private Client Solicitor:
- Advise clients on complex wills trusts and estate planning including succession planning for highnetworth individuals.
- Provide expert guidance on international estate planning and taxrelated matters.
- Manage the preparation and administration of highvalue trusts and estates.
For Both Roles:
- Lead and mentor junior solicitors fostering a collaborative and highperformance team environment.
- Play an active role in business development with the firm offering full support and a bonus scheme for overtarget billable hours.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in private client law with expertise in either contentious or noncontentious matters.
- Strong experience managing highvalue cases for highnetworth clients.
- Leadership and team management skills with a clientfocused proactive approach.
- International experience in private client law would be an advantage.
