Job Description

As a MidMarket Account Executive you will be responsible for driving net new and expansion revenue by targeting midsized businesses. You will engage with performance marketers conduct product demos and manage the full sales cycle to close highvalue contracts. This is a remotefirst offers a base salary of 87500 plus commission.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary: $87500
  • OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $175000 $210000
  • Commission: Paid Quarterly Uncapped earning potential based on performance

SALES TERRITORY & WORK MODEL:

  • Location: Remotefirst (Preferred based in GTA)
  • Sales Territory: Midmarket businesses across North and South America

EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling digital advertising services marketing solutions or performancedriven campaigns to midmarket businesses at a performance marketing agency preferred.
  • 2 years of full cycle sales experience with great online demo skills/experiences

SALES CYCLE & ACCOUNT SIZE:

  • Sales Cycle: Typically 13 months
  • Deal Size: $1500/month

LEADS & PROSPECTING:

  • Currently most leads are warm inbound inquiries from people filling out forms on the website
  • Goal: Transition to a higher percentage of outbound sales for midmarket deals
  • Collaborative sales process focused on longterm client success

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISION MAKER(S):

  • Industries: eCommerce DirecttoConsumer (DTC) and digital advertising agencies
  • Target Clients: Medium to large digitalfirst businesses agencies and performance marketers
  • DecisionMakers: Marketing Directors VP of Growth Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Performance Marketing Managers
