Position Description:
Our Lady of Hope School in Everett is seeking a dynamic Kindergarten Teacher starting in theschool year.

Qualifications:
Theideal candidate will have a degree or endorsement in elementary education related employment experience and be a practicing Catholic or Christian.
Other skills and qualifications include:

Excellent communication skills and commitment to collaboration
Strong positive and proactive classroom management
Commitment to Catholic education and fostering an attitude of service rooted in faith
Passion and enthusiasmfor working with first grade students
Willingnesstocreate a supportive partnership with parentsand students
High academic standards and the ability to support and challenge students to work to their potential
Experience with differentiated instruction and assessment strategies
Solid organizational planning and curriculum mapping skills
Skill in creating a classroom environment that encourages academic risktaking and mutual support among students
Effective and varied instructional and assessment strategies
Ability to integrate technology into the curriculum
Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
Sense of humor and creative approach to solving problems

Salary Range:
Salary for this position ranges from $45000$80000 depending on experience and placement on the salary scale. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data applicants skill and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.
