Job Description
Showroom Manager & Product Specialist 1 each)
We are looking for a Showroom Manager and a Product Specialist for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidates should be proficient in English Telugu and Hindi and hold a graduate degree. They should be willing to work according to assigned shift timings and have a background in the premium industry. Strong English communication skills are essential for customer interactions and candidates should be able to quickly learn about our products and effectively explain them to customers. Additionally they should be wellpresented carry themselves professionally and exhibit a positive attitude. Confidence in demonstrating the product to customers is necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of store management in the automobile industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customercentric approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport and address customer concerns effectively.
- TechSavvy: Proficient in utilizing CRM systems Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Time Management: Capable of efficiently managing multiple customers and inquiries.
- Sales Orientation: Understanding of fundamental sales processes and customer management.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a highend automobile showroom.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of automotive technology vehicle financing and insurance processes.
- Education: A bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
