Exciting Opportunity for NonTechnical Graduate Freshers in a leading MNC @MumbaiAiroli location
Job Description:
Job Role:
- Deliver email and chat support to the companys clients.
- Manage backend data for customers and maintain reports.
- Ensure satisfactory resolution of customer queries.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to a supervisor as necessary.
Minimum Qualification:
- Diploma and Technical (BE BTECH) BSC BCA graduates need not apply.
- Mandatory excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic or good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work night shifts (US shift timings).
- All mark sheets until the last semester of graduation without any backlog/arrears Aadhar card and PAN card required.
Note:
- Candidates should reside within 30 km from Airoli.
- Shift Timing: 5:30 pm to 3:00 am with 2 rotational weeks off.
- Priority given to BA & B graduates but BBA BMS BBI BMM candidates will also be considered.
Requirements
- BA BBA BCOM BBI BAF BMS degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic or good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work night shifts
