Responsibilities:
- Lead and foster the growth of the service delivery function implementing strategic initiatives and instilling a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- Has experience in customer facing roles kickoffs cadence requirements reviews designreviews status reviews.
- Experience in a cross section (two or more; with appreciation of others) of offerings ERPCRM RPA
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives ensuring strategic partnerships with clients anddelivering on contracted commitments.
- Possess detailed knowledge of clients contracts and obligations leveraging contractualinsights for advantage.
- Hands on with delivery processes and methodologies; a disciplined practitioner
- Demonstrated focus on delivering on SLAs/Metrics pertaining to Schedules Efforts Quality
- Bottom line focus and experience in controlling efforts and delivering within budgets
- Ability to work closely with onsite team and customers to help grow Accounts
- Can manage large teams of employees and contractors in a firm yet benevolent manner whileensuring we deliver to the plan expectations
- Ensure compliance to project management principles processes and standards
- Provide leadership management and mentorship to the service delivery teams fosteringindividual and collective growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand andcapitalize on new business opportunities.
- Agree on monitor and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the Delivery team.
- Take overall accountability for service quality and performance understanding andincorporating future growth projections into capacity planning.
- Identify mitigate and manage all risks associated with business outcomes delivery.
- Build and drive a highperformance culture across the business suppliers contractors andpermanent staff maintaining focus on program outcomes.
- Manage team performance and actively support career development.
- Support and occasionally lead the shaping and delivery of proposals.
- Demonstrate overall responsibility for the business unit.
- Proven experience in a leadership role preferably in service delivery or project management.
- Strong understanding of contractual obligations and risk management.
Qualification skills and abilities are :
- Engineer preferably with MBA
- 812 years of experience in IT Services around Enterprise Solutions ERP CRM RPA CustomDev (Web Mobile)
- IT Project Management Delivery Management Software Development Agile/Scrum and CICD
- Project Management Certifications like PMP/SCM/IITL/Prince 2 is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and make good decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team based environment.
