Our Financial Services practice designs tailor made executive search solutions for many of Canadas leading asset and wealth management firms as well as entrepreneurialled family offices. Our team has delivered many important CSuite and senior executive searches across all functional areas within these subsectors of the financial services industry.

Our team is growing and we are hiring aPrincipal to join our Financial Services vertical based in Toronto.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic motivated and career oriented wellconnected search professional to have an influential role in building our business. Experience from a search firm or from a corporate business development or related financial services role will be considered coupled with the skills and expertise listed below:
  • Experience developing new business and managing key client relationships required growing and managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional client service with expertise in the financial services sector (considering candidates with experience in any subsector of the financial services industry).
  • A proven track record in sales pipeline creation and experience in securing profitable new business is ideal.
  • Possess core values of collaboration mutual respect a strong work ethic and client and candidate centricity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a consultative and advisory approach with an ability to influence and build meaningful relationships.
  • A proactive selfstarter with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple engagements at the same time.
  • Creative and solutionoriented approach with an innovative and agile mindset.
