We provide specialist ERP Business and Retail Management Software Services and Support to distributors wholesalers retailers and the hiring industry.
The Corporate Development Director will support the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development by leading & managing M&A transaction processes to ensure their successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and run daytoday of corporate development projects and M&A transactions
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external advisors and internal teams
- Develop and review detailed financial models to support M&A decisions
- Coordinate due diligence process including financial analysis risk assessment and operational evaluation
- Identify and assess key transaction considerations and develop workable and pragmatic solutions
- Prepare and present transaction materials for the Executive team and Board
- Run evaluation of M&A target opportunities
- Maintain updated view of M&A pipeline opportunities
Skills Knowledge and Experience:
Experience and/or Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience in a transaction environment in inhouse Corporate Development or Big 4 transaction services team
- Strong deal management & communication skills with the ability to engage & influence senior colleagues
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Expert ability in Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Detailed understanding of valuation methodologies building & reviewing financial models (e.g. DCFs)
- Be a growthcompany and growthmindset oriented relationship builder
- High EQ with excellent written and verbal communication skills
