PuroClean of Auburn is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is eager to drive growth build lasting relationships and contribute to the success of our expanding business. If youre motivated by challenges have a knack for building rapport and are excited about the opportunity to make a difference in the restoration industry we have a place for you!

Primary Role:
As a BDR at PuroClean of Auburn Maine your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute all sales and marketing initiatives to promote our services and develop a diverse customer base. You will work to build and maintain strong customer relationships implement annual marketing plans and drive sales to achieve company revenue goals. Your role will be key to the growth and success of PuroClean in the Auburn region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Actively monitor customer satisfaction through reviews followup phone calls and site visits.
    • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively ensuring that PuroCleans service standards are upheld.
    • Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and enhance their experience with PuroClean.
  2. Sales & Marketing Operations:
    • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to promote PuroCleans services aiming to build brand awareness attract new customers and expand into new markets.
    • Set and track sales and activity goals to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
    • Develop strategies to increase market share and client acquisition through consistent marketing efforts.
    • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and coordinate website updates to reflect services and attract potential customers.
    • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events such as educational seminars LunchandLearn sessions and customer outreach activities.
    • Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives ensuring proper resource allocation.
    • Track marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary to meet goals.
  3. Training & Development:
    • Collaborate with the team to train and mentor new sales and marketing staff.
    • Evaluate team performance through regular reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring professional growth.
    • Conduct training sessions to improve sales techniques marketing strategies and customer service standards.
  4. Customer Relations & Community Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with key Centers of Influence (COIs) and other strategic partners.
    • Ensure effective communication with current and potential clients addressing inquiries and building longterm partnerships.
    • Attend industry events maintain a presence in the community and seek out networking opportunities to expand the brands footprint.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales leads and marketing efforts.
    • Ensure timely followup on leads and manage the master contact list for future outreach and engagements.
    • Assist owners with office administrative tasks such as assisting with estimates answering phones handling customer questions and other various tasks as needed.
    • Regularly assess sales and marketing goals and activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Report progress to management highlighting successes challenges and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience in sales marketing or business development (preferably in the restoration property or service industries).
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for business use upon availability).
  • Positive proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $/yr
  • Signing Bonus: $1000 after 12 months
  • Quarterly Bonus/Commission:
    • $0 $500000: 3 of the jobs gross revenue.
    • $500000 $1000000: 4 of the jobs gross revenue.
    • $and over: 5 of the jobs gross revenue.
  • Incentives: Additional performancebased bonuses and ongoing opportunities for training and career growth.
Additional Information: This position is an AtWill employment agreement and is not a contract for a specified term. The compensation plan may change subject to periodic performance reviews.
Compensation: $44000.00 $50000.00 per year
