Job Description
Manage a team of Sales Staff that will train and develop leads into sales. It is the life blood of our Sales organization.
- Desking Sales Deals
- Training and Developing Sales Staff
- Work with the Finance Dept for compliance
- Manage New and Used Car Inventory
- Work with customers needs
- Ability to maintain gross but build volume at the same time
- Ability to mentor train and motivate sales staff
- Most important is that this person is coachable and able to follow and execute a plan
- ExperiencePrior Sales Management
- Prior Sales Management Experience Domestic preferred
