Demand Generation Manager APJ - Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Campaigns and Initiatives Team in support of the APJ region. In this role you will be responsible for driving business growth in APJ from owning the strategy through of priority programs and supporting your team on effective rollout of their programs in APJ. Youll be working across the organization and in close collaboration with the APJ regional teams and with thirdparty vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring integration across all touch points and evaluating effectiveness. You will utilize data to derive insights that both inform campaign direction as well as drive increased engagement and pipeline. Your goal will be to ensure that any programs run by you or your colleagues in the Campaigns and Initiatives team generate appropriate pipeline for the APJ region.

This is a contract position.

What you will do

• Collaborate with colleagues in the US to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of their programs within APJ.
• Build and implement global integrated demand generation programs including digital media email social SEO content and other elements. Also adapt existing programs so that they serve the APJ market.
• Build a network of contacts within appropriate APJ tech associations for the distribution of digital assets.
• Develop a strong understanding of the APJ market for DigiCert and its priority subregions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the key stakeholders within the region.
• To ensure that programs are rolled out optimally in APJ.
• Write project briefs that support objectives and clearly define KPIs.
• Work with the creative team to produce assets that drive engagement.
• Drive collaboration across marketing organization in support of the integrated program.
• Develop hypothesesbased test plans that optimize performance.
• Responsible for driving programs to meet a pipeline goal for a specific solution area.
• Optimize budget across various campaign levers.
• Understand and solve for varying needs on a regional level prioritizing key markets.
• Drive alignment with Sales in the planning process and ensure buyin on strategy.
• Implement campaigns to nurture and qualify prospects.
• Report on efficacy of programs in increasing engagement along with key insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Work crossfunctionally with Product Marketing Sales Business Intelligence and across Marketing to deliver programs and understand business impact.

What you will have

• 5 years of experience driving strategic marketing programs that build brands using paid earned shared and owned levers.
• Bachelors Degree in business communications or relevant field.
• A passion for technology software and/or security.
• Experience driving successful accountbased marketing programs.
• Knowledge of marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM systems Salesforce.
• Customerfirst mindset that solves for right for me solutions and communications.
• Excellence in with an eye for detail and onbrand communications.
• Ambitious selfstarter with a cando attitude who can take ownership of their programs with little direction.
• Experience in developing crossfunctional relationships within a matrixed environment.
• Strong problem solving program management analytical and communication skills.
• Asian language skills are a plus.
• Experience working within the software security space targeting CISOs and DevOps personas is a plus.
• Ability to oversee APJtime zone regional webinars as required.
