Developer
Understand of the overall solution application architecture development methodologies and
the Technologies used for development and testing.
Position the architecture practices within the project and secure an effective of
architecture that is aligned with the set expectations of the Product Development.
Act as a focal point for key design decisions and for resolving technical conflicts.
Provide consultancy to build infrastructure to facilitate development on agreed technology.
Provide advice and direction to the architecture and development teams on the detailed
design and development in the context of the overall delivery in the product.
Formulate and review the system development methodology and standards. Ensure proper
coding and UI guidelines are set for the development team and are reviewed on time.
Monitor the architectural landscape to identify potential problems early so that timely
corrective action can be taken.
Plan and conduct technical design reviews and walkthroughs which may impact the target
architecture.
Mentoring and guiding the development team.
Work with the QA team to ensure that appropriate technical controls and standards are in
place in the program.
Interact with PrimeBU and SMEs to understand pain areas.
Develop right solutions keeping in mind product roadmap and business needs. Build scalable
performance optimistic secure and easy to maintain solutions.
Bring in best practices design patterns data structures and algorithms while developing the
solutions. Communicate the solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Analyze Estimate Design Develop and Maintain complex software product. Solve complex
engineering problems quickly and smartly.
Involved in developing the product in all levels from the database to the interfaces and
integration with external parties.
Good hands on experience working with SQL Server databases.
Contribute hands on and build components framework needed for the product.
Contribute hands on with the development and guide other members in the team. Manage
and review product development from performance scalability security etc. so that it meets
the road map functional and nonfunctional requirements of diverse clients.
Contribute with Impact analysis and RCAs. Proactively identify risks communicate with right
stakeholders effectively and help mitigate any open risks and issues.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science Engineering. Should be Analytically very strong.
Around 8 to 10 years of complex WEB solutions development design and consultancy experience with min 2 years experience in a technical role such as Technical Lead or Jr. Architect.
Extensive handson experience in creating large web applications complex products from scratch and indepth technical knowledge of latest technological developments happening in the industry and experience introducing such technological changes in the existing complex products.
Extensive handson experience using Web technology stack C#.Net ASP Angular ASP Core Microservices Containers etc.
Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM) or any other equivalent certifications would be an advantage.
Strong experience with TDD BDD DevOps and Agile Practices
Strong understanding of established design patterns and know when to use them.
Thorough Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Hands on deep experience with SAAS multithreading parallel programming.
Possess good communication skills and Client Interaction experience.
Issues / Risks identification timely escalation and its management experience.
Working knowledge of the general web development landscape architectures trends and emerging technologies.
Self driven with great technical interests Should be quick learner Should have attention to Details.
Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Angular Responsive Web Dev PWA C# .NET Core XML and XSLT MSSQL Entity framework HTML5 Javascript Typescript SPA Web API REST Microservices Mobile Dev and Accessibility related knowledge.
