Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant React.js and React Native
In this role you will collaborate with multifunctional teams to understand business needs then help develop and deliver innovative solutions that satisfy those needs
Responsibilities:
Ability to lead a team of developers providing guidance mentorship and technical oversight.
Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines deliverables and resource allocation.
Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues across browsers and devices
Commit to (and implement where necessary) standards of code quality and consistency
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript: A solid understanding of JavaScript including ES6 features is essential since React.js and React Native are built on it.
- Deep Knowledge of React.js: Experience with React.js including component lifecycle hooks state management and performance optimization.
- Experience with React Native: Familiarity with React Native/expo for building mobile applications understanding differences between React.js and React Native and knowledge of native modules.
- State Management: Proficiency with state management libraries like Redux MobX or Context API.
- API Integration: Experience with RESTful services and GraphQL for data fetching and integration.
- Version Control: Strong experience with Git/bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
- Testing and Debugging: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest Mocha or Jasmine for unit testing and debugging tools.
- Build and Deployment: Familiarity with build tools and processes like Webpack Babel and CI/CD pipelines.
- CrossPlatform Development: Understanding of crossplatform development issues and solutions specific to React Native.
10. ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex development challenges.
11. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
12. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams such as design product management and other engineering teams.
