Hire Resolves client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Contracts Manager in Pretoria Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts with clients subcontractors and suppliers
- Review tenders and identify contractual risks and opportunities
- Ensure legal compliance and manage contractual risks
- Support project teams with cost control claims and variations
- Handle contract negotiations and stakeholder communications
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
- Resolve disputes and manage claims efficiently
- Liaise with legal teams when needed
- Attend project meetings and align contract terms with
- Ensure deliverables and obligations are clearly understood and met
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Law or related field
- Experience in contracts management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC NEC JBCC or other standard forms of contract
- Proven experience in tendering claims and dispute resolution
- Solid understanding of commercial and legal aspects of construction projects
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and contract management software
