Job Description
NiX is looking for a Junior Power BI Engineer to join our team for a period of 11.5 years.
Responsibilities and job specifics:
- Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Connect to various data sources (SQL Excel API etc. and process data.
- Create DAX expressions for calculations and data analysis.
- Develop and implement selfservice BI reports (dashboards) to work with and visualize data.
- Optimize report performance and data modeling.
- Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements.
Required skills:
- Experience working with Power BI (up to 1 year of commercial experience).
- Understanding of DAX and basic data modeling.
- Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases (MS SQL)
- Experience with Power Query
- Experience with ETL (Extract Transform and Load)
- Good communication analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets.
- Intermediate level of English
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Azure data products
- Knowledge of other BI platforms (Tableau Qlik Sense).
