**This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in any CGI office and candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
How youll make an impact
As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing cuttingedge AI and ML solutions to address complex business problems. You will lead a team of engineers and data scientists to develop innovative algorithms models and systems that drive business growth and efficiency. Your expertise in AI and ML technologies will be essential in guiding the architecture development and deployment of scalable and robust AIML solutions. Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions on GCP (prerequisite) and Azure. Your future duties and responsibilities:
Design and develop highlevel architectural frameworks for AI and ML solutions ensuring scalability performance and reliability. Lead the design and development of advanced machine learning models to solve business challenges leveraging techniques such as deep learning reinforcement learning natural language processing and computer vision. Evaluate new AI and ML technologies frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing systems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements prioritize projects and drive successful implementation of AIML solutions. Optimize models for performance scalability and efficiency considering factors such as computational resources latency and memory constraints. Work closely with Data Scientist ML & data engineers to ensure the availability quality and relevance of data for training and evaluation of AI and ML models. Lead the deployment of AIML solutions into production environments integrating with existing systems and processes while ensuring security reliability and maintainability. Document architectural designs algorithms models and implementation details and effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
What youll bring
Proven experience 10 years in designing and implementing AI and ML solutions with a focus on architecting scalable systems. Expertise in machine learning algorithms deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g. Python Java). Hands on experience developing and deploying AI solutions on GCP and Azure is required. Experience designing automation solutions with DocAI VertexAI and OpenAI is a must. Strong understanding of software engineering principles including objectoriented design design patterns and software architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes). Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence technical decisions. Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams is a plus. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related field; Masters preferred.
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience and training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125500 $247100.
