Job Description
DePaula Ford is seeking driven technicians to join our team. Candidates should have their own tools and must have at least 6 months of relevant experience. We offer great benefits to our service technicians some of which are outlined below.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing requested repair work in a productive & efficient manner in accordance with dealership policies
- Performing Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner
- Performing Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing
- Test to check whether systems & components are secure & in proper working order
- Maintain efficiency & accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
- Providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
Job Requirements:
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a valid drivers license and provide management with a DMV Drivers Abstract
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Must have a NYS Inspectors License
- Ability to learn new technology & repairprocedures
- Ability to work on your feetfor extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
