Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and educationdriven Solutions Engineering Manager with deep engineering expertise to lead our intelligence management and data integration efforts. This role is a dynamic blend of technical leadership customer engagement and crossfunctional collaboration. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers internal teams and offshore developers to design and implement highimpact solutions that exceed expectations and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead mentor and manage a team of offshore professional services developers ensuring continuous technical and professional growth.
- Drive the strategic vision for Education Intelligence Solutions ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Authenticas goals.
- Champion best practices for intelligence management data integration and security to enhance the customer experience.
Customer Engagement & Solution Engineering
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers working closely to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Translate customer needs into scalable highperformance solutions using the latest intelligencedriven integration technologies.
- Deliver expert guidance and handson support to customers ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
Technical & Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to design enhance and advance the platforms capabilities for delivering Education Intelligence Solutions including data integration and management.
- Oversee the implementation of intelligencedriven data pipelines ETL processes and API integrations ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges proactively identifying opportunities for optimization in education intelligence applications.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Establish and refine best practices for delivering Education Intelligence Solutions ensuring security compliance and sustainability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating innovative solutions into our platform and services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement automation and efficiency in the education intelligence space.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Proven experience in solutions engineering Intelligence Management with valued data integration solutions or software development management.
- Strong leadership experience including managing offshore development teams and working in a global environment.
- Extensive experience working directly with customers in a technical implementation or professional services capacity.
- Handson expertise with ETL processes APIs cloudbased data platforms and integration frameworks.
- Strong data analytics skills to include proficiency in SQL or other scripting languages for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban etc..
- Background in customerfacing technical roles such as professional services or solutions architecture.
- General knowledge of Python with an understanding of data transformation techniques.
Preferred:
- Understanding of Databricks (deployment integrations security)
- Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Familiarity with data governance security and compliance best practices.
