Job Description
The Opportunity:

Minimum Education Requirement:
- High School or equivalent (GED)
Required Experience 1 year):
- Building cleaning and packaging singleuse assemblies per Engineering Process Records (EPR) drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) and reporting all near miss and first aid events.
- Maintaining daily organization 6S) and cleanliness of work area and common areas.
- Assisting with inventory accuracy by properly returning unused parts and components to stock in sealed bags with part number and lot traceability.
- Meeting internal manufacturing schedules which drive ontime delivery.
- Completing assemblies within the allotted time stated on the work order.
- Lifting 50 lbs. minimum
- Collaboration Tools (IE: Microsoft Office)
Preferred Experience:
- Following cleanroom protocols and cGMPs in order to maintain ISO Class 7 environment.
- Improvement process and following appropriate change control procedures.
- Escalating potential process and/or product deviations to prevent s rework and customer returns.
- Participating and working within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines in all manufacturing areas in accordance with company quality goals.
- Completing/signoff of EPRs for each operation completed during the assembly.
- Working in a cleanroom environment
- Interpreting engineering drawings
- Lean manufacturing
- Following site protocols policies and procedures
- Problemsolving
- Tow motor / forklift experience
- Performs other duties as assigned.
