Were seeking a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead the design of products applications and tools that accelerate autonomous development and support driverless operations at Waabi. This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team early and drive the solutions that will propel our company forward. As the Senior/Staff Product Designer youll take charge of largescale complex projects involving multiple functional and crossfunctional teams ensuring seamless integration with our cuttingedge autonomous vehicle technology.

Design endtoend user experiences for products applications and tools that accelerate autonomous development and support driverless operations ensuring usability and accessibility.
Gain deep insights into user needs and workflows to optimize processes and enhance productivity across our product development teams.
Work alongside Product Managers Engineers Researchers Operations and Commercial Teams to define requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Create prototypes to visualize and iterate design concepts incorporating feedback to refine solutions and ensure feasibility.
Proactively gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the user experience and address strategic opportunities.
Build a design system to maintain consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design for complex applications.
Proficiency in Figma or similar digital design and prototyping tools. Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform design decisions.
Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of delivering endtoend applications within a team environment from initial concept through to deployment.
Bonus:
Experience working on interactive systems or data products with an understanding of autonomous vehicle technologies.
Experience in designing products that transitioned from prototype/internal usage to customer/external facing demonstrating the ability to scale designs for broader user adoption and market launch.
The US yearly salary range for this role is: $146000 $230000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Companys compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
