Job Description
- Discovering hardware and software solutions
- Troubleshooting technical problems
- Identifying and repairing flaws .
- Troubleshooting network issues
- Hardware and software installation and configuration
- Speaking with customers to quickly determine the source of their problem .
- Giving customers timely and accurate feedback .
- Customers are guided through a series of steps to solve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the issue has been resolved.
- Replace or repair the required components.
- Assisting with the deployment of new applications .
- Support is provided in the form of procedural documentation.
- Managing several cases at once .
- New technologies are being tested and evaluated.
- Checking the electrical safety of equipment.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or information technology is required.
- It is advantageous to be certified for Microsoft Linux or Cisco.
- Prior experience in tech support desktop support or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS
- Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Detailoriented and problemsolving abilities are required.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
