Role Highlights:An opportunity has arisen for a proven Insurance Broker with an exposure and network within the Residential and Commercial Strata community to join a high performing and close team for a fastgrowing brokerage.
Role Overview
You will inherit and build on a portfolio of business across the Strata Insurance landscape specifically managing accounts with commercial organisations and strata managers.
Responsibilities
- You will manage relationships with Propertybased clients within the Strata community
- Negotiate and secure coverage with underwriters at insurers and underwriting agencies
- Review risk mitigation strategies and existing coverage for new and existing clients to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build new relationships with prospect clients in the strata sector through referrals and proactive networking
- Attend events and forums to build on your personal brand
Candidate Profile
You will be a proven insurance broker with a background in both Residential and Commercial Strata.
You will:
- Have experience managing a diverse portfolio of Strata Insurance accounts as a lead broker
- Demonstrate a strong market network with underwriters built through credibility and delivery
- Possess a strong grounding in broking process with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Have experience providing risk mitigation services to clients seeking new or renewal coverage
- Be experienced in managing both smaller and larger accounts with some significant buildings
