About Us:
At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning we pride ourselves on our outstanding installation team. Were looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to safety reliability and personal growth to join us as Install Helpers. As an Install Helper youll play a vital role in our team assisting our Lead Installers in completing repairs and installations while delivering superior service to our customers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking individuals who are selfmotivated accountable and eager to learn. If youre ready to be part of a team where your efforts directly impact the customer experience and you have a passion for HVAC and generator systems then we want to hear from you.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and generator installations including heat pumps furnaces air handlers generators etc.
- Aid in the installation repair and troubleshooting of HVAC and generator systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and generator equipment when needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- No experience necessary; were willing to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a continual basis.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop strong problemsolving skills.
- Comfortable going into crawl spaces or attics.
- Must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Salary Description:
- Competitive salary: $14$16 per hour.
