Job Description:
We are seeking aLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Tampa FL. The ideal candidate will provide counseling case management and support services to individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual family and group therapy
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals social services and community resources to support clients
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Implement evidencebased interventions and crisis management strategies
- Advocate for clients wellbeing and access to necessary resources
Requirements:
- Active Florida LCSW license
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health conditions
- Strong knowledge of case management crisis intervention and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
