At Infinite Aged Care the Administration Officer (Customer Support Assistant) works with key internal and external stakeholders including the General Manager Nursing and care staff as well as allied health care professionals residents and their families to ensure the prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies procedures and regulatory standards.
This role is Monday to Friday Full time in our Edmonton Gardens Care Home on the Gold Coast: Edmonton Gardens Aged Care & Nursing Home Infinite Care
Work times are 08:30 till 16:36 Monday to Friday.
About You
You are an experienced administrator who in addition to having an eye for detail possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as
Whilst not essential experience in a regulated environment such as childcare or healthcare would be well regarded as would a certificate II or III in administration.
