Job Title: SubstituteFood Service Worker
Hours of Work: 7:00am1:45pm
Compensation: $11.8112.39/hr.

Job Summary:
Perform functions requiredin Food Service on a substitue basis:

Be able toprepareitems on menus according to receipes & production forms
Complete production forms at the end of the day
Assist in serving during lunch lines clean up food at the end of the day
Wash pans and dishes as needed Empty dishroom and station trash at the end of the day
Be able to assist other positions in the kitchen as needed
Follow all safety regulations
Assist with special promotions for staff and students
Understand USDA regulations for reimbursable meal requirements
Complete all food service training
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Be able to stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 50 lbs
Tolerate varying temperatures in coolers freezers and dish room
Tolerate fastpaced serving times
Assist with special promotions for staff and students as well as assist with Special Functions includingevening banquets
Must be able to multitask
Must know current food safety regulations as well as current meal component requirements in order to accurately recognize reimbursable meals
