Position Summary:
The Manager Financial Operations is responsible for overseeing key financial processes including accounts receivable premium and administrative billing client funding plan and provider payments vendor payments and broker commission payments. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise particularly in thirdparty administrator (TPA) operations. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and be proficient with the Javelina claims system as well as Zelis and VPA payment processors. Additionally they will serve as the subject matter expert for the invoicing platform support system reporting and participate in crosstraining on corporate financial duties.
