Job Description
Providence Staffings client is looking for a professional Security Guard to protect their premises assets and personnel in Elmore County AL . The ideal candidate will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The overall goal is to detect deter observe and report.
Essential Duties:
Safeguard clients property and staff by maintaining a vigilant and secure environment.
Proactively observe for signs of crime or disorder conducting thorough investigations as needed.
Act decisively and lawfully in defense of life or property ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Efficiently apprehend and safely evict violators maintaining a secure atmosphere.
Record detailed notes of unusual occurrences contributing to the safety and security documentation.
Conduct detailed reporting of any suspicious incidents to aid in preventive measures.
Perform regular patrols of the building and perimeter ensuring constant vigilance.
Monitor alarm systems and video cameras and proficiently operate security and emergency equipment.
Required Qualifications:
Must pass a thorough background check.
Eligibility or assistance in obtaining a security license.
Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail.
Preferably experienced in security roles or related fields.
First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
Compensation:
The compensation for this position is $16 per hour.
